Who dares wins

Last month, I had £20 in my pocket and went into the bookies. Weighing up the odds for the World Cup, I decided to have a punt on Argentina. Now I could have gambled all my money there and then, but instead I thought 'why not put a fiver on the Argies and keep the rest'.

It looks like I made the wrong decision.

Michael,

It's early days yet...

And I seem to remember you had something to say about Scots not supporting England...at the World Cup...

True, but they do look very tasty!

As for the Scots, well that was a cut and paste job, which I thought was hilarious.

However, I don't actually believe it is true. I'd imagine that a large percentage of Scots do actually want England to win. And an even large percentage will be like the Scot's I know; they want England to do well, but not too well, or they won't here about anything else for the next forty years!

Mihael.

Of course it's not true; but the drivelling ninnies of the Scottish Parliament must find some way of occupying themselves, one supposes.
